This multifaceted program offers in-person intensives, a combination of ongoing online resources, video conference calls, and an amazing team of peer support.

"I learned how to approach difficult situations with compassion and kindness toward the situation and towards myself. That just breathing and feeling the ground allow my lower and high brain to converse so I'll calm down. Now I have great tools for parenting, too!"

- Shanique Davidson-Providence, U. S. Army

The 4-Month Anchor Program

Our combined 5-Day Intensive and 15-Week Practice Period is a unique and supportive program for any veteran struggling with PTS, sexual assault, substance abuse, and moral injury. We integrate meditation and mindfulness practices into a disciplined, daily routine so that, together, veterans open up about experiences and heal inner conflicts they never thought possible.

The Practice Period includes:

  • One closing 2-night weekend residential retreat
  • Four 90-minute online classes to reconnect, check-in, and engage in meditation and mindfulness practices together
  • Four 30-minute check-in calls with a Veteran's PATH facilitator
  • Peer support
  • Shared readings
  • Weekly practices to explore and apply in your daily life
